Test Kit Support (FREE)

During the first 30 days after a TestKit is downloaded you can use our e-mail CS++ programming support services. We respond to your questions on a "workload" basis and do our upmost to respond within 48 hours. Source code dictionaries can be uploaded. However, AMBER denies any responsibility or liability for the consequences of testing with those dictionaries. 

On-Site Support and Training

On-Site Support and Training is available for EURO 950,00 (prepaid) per  working day (8 hours). Travel, subsistence and expenses will be addedto this amount. A minimum of 1 day applies. 2 weeks advanced notice is required. 

Email Application per Incident  Support 

A Support Incident can be opened after receipt of payment of EURO 75,00. Ten email exchanges about the same subject are included in this charge. A detailed source code example, preferable  a test dictionary with a step by step cookbook, should be supplied. Response time, depending on workload, within 24 hours.
